How does the free trial work?
Our Land id™ free trial is simple: if you sign up through our website, you can discover property, create and share maps for 7 days without requiring a credit card. You will also have full access to our mobile apps during this trial.
If you sign up for our free 7 day Land id Discover trial through the Apple App Store, your subscription will automatically be billed at the end of the 7 day trial period through their auto-subscribe feature. This ensures a seamless and uninterrupted service, managed by Apple, so you can continue to enjoy our product without any hassle.
What are the payment options?
At present, we accept only credit cards for purchases made through our website, with payment options available on either a yearly or recurring monthly basis, depending on your selected plan. If you choose to purchase our product through our iPhone app, your payment will be handled by Apple Pay, ensuring a secure and seamless transaction process.
What happens after my trial ends?
If you signed up for a 7 Day Land id Pro Unlimited trial through our website, once your trial ends, your access to stored maps will be restricted. However, we will keep your stored maps saved for a limited time while you upgrade to a paid account.

What happens after I cancel a paid account?
When you cancel a paid subscription, you will retain access to your account and its contents through the end of your billing period. Once your subscription has expired, you will lose access to any saved maps, and any interactive shared or embedded maps will be turned off.
We will retain your created maps for a period of time after your subscription has expired. Please contact support for more info.
What happens if I need additional help with my map & map creation?
If you ever need help or have questions about making changes or using tools on our platform, don't hesitate to contact us.
