Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across platforms like Google, Microsoft, and beyond. Your work will play a critical role in driving measurable growth and ensuring maximum ROI for our campaigns.

- Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize campaign performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and create detailed reports to guide decision-making.
- Continuously test and refine ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies to improve key metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid search opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, marketing analytics, to ensure cohesive campaigns across the company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing B2B and B2C paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft platforms.
- Minimum 5+ years in paid search.
- Certifications for paid search platforms are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
- Experience with product analytics tool(s) are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) best practices.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads or Microsoft Ads certifications.
- Experience with other paid media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Meta, or programmatic advertising).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- A background in B2B SaaS
