Chief Operating Officer

A 25 year veteran of the technology industry, Chris has led both consumer and enterprise software companies through highly successful phases of growth including Siebel Systems and RightNow Technologies (both acquired by Oracle), and most recently onX Maps as VP of Product. Based in Bozeman, Montana, Chris is an accomplished mountaineer and photographer, and loves spending time in the mountains with his family. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Chief Growth Officer

A 20-year veteran of the technology industry, Will was most recently Head of Growth at Workiva (NYSE:WK), where he served on the executive team that helped guide the company from roughly $10M in revenue as a small Iowa startup through IPO to a multi-billion-dollar public company. Will is an active board member at SiteMarker and regularly advises on product strategy, revenue growth, and scalable systems design. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Will is an aspiring hobby farmer and avid pilot who loves spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter along the coast. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.

Chief Strategy & Design Officer

Hailing from and currently residing in Montana, Edwin brings over 20 years of experience as a seasoned leader, shaping the interactive and product world since 2003. Proficient in Strategy, Vision, and Design, he excels in elevating Company, Brand, and Product Vision while leading teams across all touchpoints— from Graphic, Web, Interactive & Product Design to Advertising, Brand & Marketing direction. Edwin's extensive career has left an indelible mark on renowned companies and clients such as Adidas, Nike, Lucas Arts, Adobe, Google, onX, Red Bull, Microsoft, contributing significantly to a diverse array successes across multiple industries.

SVP of Product

Chris is based in Montana and brings over 20 years of experience leading product and technology organizations at high-growth SaaS companies. He operates at the intersection of product strategy, platform architecture, and team leadership, helping companies scale both their technology and the organizations behind it. At Workiva, Chris helped transform the platform and drive growth from $200M to over $800M in revenue while expanding to thousands of customers worldwide. Earlier in his career, Chris led integration and extension strategy at RightNow Technologies, including public APIs, contributing to the company’s acquisition by Oracle. Outside of work, Chris enjoys mountain biking, waterskiing, snow skiing, camping, and spending time outdoors with his family. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder.

VP of AI Platform Strategy

Guided by a passion for building things that matter, Jeff is a technical leader dedicated to creating systems that improve human capability. He focuses on moving beyond static data toward intelligent insight engines—leveraging machine learning, LLMs, and real-time streaming to provide actionable intelligence for professional workflows. Prior to Land id, Jeff spent nine years at onX as a strategic architect, building the foundational geospatial pipelines and 3D engines that supported the company's massive scale. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Micro-Electromechanical Systems (MEMS). Living in Hood River, Oregon, Jeff spends his free time chasing wind and waves on the Columbia River, the Oregon coast, and Hawaii.

Co-Founder

Jeremy Soules, Co-founder and Chief Geographer at Land id, continues his lifelong passion for geography, bringing decades of map making and GIS expertise from Texas State University, PBS&J, E.on, and Mapright. Jeremy spends his free time in sunny Alameda, CA, enjoying music and spending time with his family.

VP Finance

Kasey began his career in Big 4 public accounting before moving into finance leadership roles at high-growth SaaS companies. He has helped both private and public companies build sustainable and effective finance and accounting operations, most recently scaling vertical SaaS company Dental Intelligence through rapid growth under private equity ownership. At Land id, he leads finance with a focus on strategy, metrics, and operational rigor to power the next stage of growth. Based in Salt Lake City, Kasey is an avid cyclist and skier who loves spending time in the mountains with his family and friends.

Director of Customer Success

Erica Anderson serves as Director of Customer Success at Land id®. Erica brings over 15 years of experience in helping both B2B and B2C organizations improve retention and conversion by investing in their customers’ success. Erica has developed highly successful customer programs and frameworks to guide businesses towards a customer centric approach, directly impacting both customer satisfaction and business performance. In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, getting outside and exploring creative outlets that don’t involve a computer.

Director of Partnerships

As Land id's Director of Partnerships, Shon Wedde leads strategic partnerships and integrations across the real estate, MLS, and PropTech ecosystem. With more than 25 years of experience in technology, Shon has worked across engineering, product, enterprise software, and go-to-market strategy. At Land id, he focuses on expanding how property intelligence, interactive property engagement, and AI-powered insights are integrated into the platforms and workflows real estate professionals use every day. He works closely with MLS organizations, brokerages, technology providers, and industry partners to create new ways for professionals and consumers to better understand and experience a property.

Director of Sales

Vlad Shaposhnikov is Director of Sales at Land id, with more than 15 years of experience building SaaS sales strategies and putting them into action. His favorite part of the job is learning how a customer’s business really works, then finding opportunities to help it grow and see a clear return on its investment. At Land id, Vlad helps customers put maps and property data to work, making it easier to understand land and share what makes it valuable. He calls Montana home, where he enjoys plein air painting, playing hockey, and enjoying the great outdoors with his family.

John Willingham, Co-Owner of Clayton-Waggoner Properties, LLC, a ranch brokerage company licensed in Texas and Oklahoma, as well as Co-Owner of Diversion Capital Partners, LLC, a multi disciplined investment firm that invests in real estate, oil & gas, as well as select early-stage companies. John enjoys hunting, spending time at the family ranch working on ranch improvements and natural resource management, and spending time with his family. John is an SMU graduate with a BBA in Finance as well as an MBA from the Cox School of Business at SMU with three decades experience in banking, finance, and entrepreneurship.

David Vap, a Carnegie Mellon graduate, has held extensive roles in cloud product management, software development, product marketing, Executive, and Board Roles.  His work at Yellowstone Growth Partners focuses on growth strategy, enterprise b2b and consumer map tech applications, customer experience, with a global focus. David enjoys hiking the wilderness areas of Montana and trying to keep up with his daughter on the ski hills.

Jason has deep experience in map tech, consumer mobile, enterprise b2b and customer experience through board, executive and advisory roles at onXmaps, RightNow, Workfront and others.  Jason’s educational and nuclear physics research background includes Harvard Business School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Northwest Nazarene University. Jason enjoys traveling for outdoor adventures with family and friends whether on skis, bike, boat, board or foot.
