Job Overview
Land id™ is hiring a Mapping Services Manager to play a key role in our new, high-growth line of business: mapping services. This offering enables customers to have Land id™ experts build great maps on their behalf—saving them time and helping them see the full potential of the platform for their property project.
In this role, you’ll lead this services business line. You’ll scope client needs, create high-quality Land id™ maps, promote the service, and help shape how this service business evolves. You’ll work directly with customers, collaborate with teammates, and have real ownership over a new offering that delivers immediate value. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts builder, communicator, and strategist.

Responsibilities
- Map Creation & Delivery: Build high-quality custom Land id™ maps based on client needs across use cases like real estate, land ownership, development and more.
- Client Consultation & Sales: Scope project requirements with clients and prospects, price and package services appropriately, and close mapping service deals.
- Outreach & Promotion: Proactively reach out to new and existing clients to educate them on the value of our mapping services. Help create promotional materials for mapping services.
- Customer Training & Enablement: Deliver 1:1 trainings to help prospects and clients understand how to get the most from Land id™ and their new map. Manage training program for partners who are building listing maps.
- Product Feedback & Insights: Gather and synthesize client feedback and performance data to help evolve our mapping services and inform product strategy.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Track all deals, communications, and performance metrics in HubSpot (or similar CRM) to maintain visibility and drive growth.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a software services, sales and/or consulting role
- Demonstrated experience with mapping, GIS or geospatial tools through work, education or personal projects
- Creativity and proven ability to solve problems–whether mapping challenges or business problems
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills—you know how to listen, ask great questions, and present compelling solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
- Curiosity and initiative to test new ideas and improve how we deliver and promote our services
- Strong organization and CRM discipline (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Ability to collect, interpret, and present actionable insights from structured and unstructured data sets to inform strategic decisions
