Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the custom map creation service ("Service") provided by Land id ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Scope of Service
Our Service includes the creation of custom maps based on your specifications. We will work closely with you to understand your requirements and design a map that meets your needs. The final map will be delivered to you in digital format.
Request Process
To request a custom map, you must contact us to discuss your project and receive a quote. Once you approve the quote, we will start designing your map. You will receive a draft of the map for review and feedback. After any necessary revisions, we will finalize the map and deliver the digital files to you.
Payment
Payment for the Service is due upon approval of the quote. We accept payment via credit card. Prices for the Service are as quoted and are subject to change without notice.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to any intellectual property you provide to us for use in creating your custom map. We retain all rights to the design of the custom map, including any elements created by us. Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final map for your intended purposes.
Revisions
We offer a single revision to ensure the final map meets expectations. Additional revisions may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.
Limitation of Liability
